Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Athens Marketing collects through this website, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to delete it. It covers this site and the marketing audit request form, and nothing beyond that.
Information we collect
When you submit the audit request form, we collect the information you enter into it: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, and whatever you write in the message field describing what you want the audit to focus on. We do not collect this information anywhere else on the site, and none of the fields marked optional are required for us to receive your request.
When you submit the form, your entries are sent to us by email using Postmark, a third-party email delivery service, solely so your request reaches our inbox. We do not run our own tracking pixels or third-party advertising scripts on this site beyond what is needed to serve the pages themselves.
To protect the form from spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA. It analyzes how the form is used to tell real visitors from automated bots, which involves Google collecting device and usage information and setting cookies. That processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit for exactly one purpose: to respond to your request and provide the marketing audit you asked for. That may mean looking at the website address you gave us, replying by the email or phone number you provided, or referencing the details in your message so our response actually addresses what you asked about. We do not use this information for any purpose you did not ask for.
How we share your information
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone outside our own team for marketing purposes. The only party that ever handles it besides us is Postmark, solely to deliver your submission to our inbox. We do not pass your details to additional third parties beyond that.
Cookies and site data
Aside from Google reCAPTCHA described above, which may set cookies to detect automated abuse, this site does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or retargeting, and we do not build a profile of you from your visit. If that changes, this policy will be updated to say so plainly before it happens, not after.
Your rights and how to request deletion
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To make a request, email us at [email protected]. Use the same email address or phone number you submitted on the form so we can find your entry, and tell us what you want us to do with it. We will act on deletion requests as soon as we can and will not keep a copy once the request is complete.
Changes to this policy
If how we collect or use information through this site changes, we will update this page to reflect it. This page always describes what the site actually does, not a template we stopped reading.
